Our exercise equipment undergoes a series of processes aimed at effectively protecting them from the adverse effects of atmospheric factors. These include:
- Shot blasting,
- Chemical cleaning,
- Galvanizing (optional),
- Zinc primer coating,
- Powder coating in the appropriate color.
The appropriate color refers to epoxy powder coating, which is excellent for outdoor use. It is resistant to UV radiation (does not fade), water (equipment does not corrode), low and high temperatures. The paint is also resistant to mechanical damage and dirt. It is environmentally friendly.
The equipment is available in various color variants (according to the RAL palette) with a glossy finish. The most commonly chosen colors are black (e.g., 9002, 9005), green (e.g., 6002, 6028), gray (e.g., 7032, 7038), and beige (e.g., 1019). Combinations of two contrasting colors, such as red (e.g., 3002, 3020) and yellow (e.g., 1028), or blue (e.g., 5012) and white (e.g., 9000), also look great. When choosing the color scheme, it is worth considering how the outdoor gym will blend with its surroundings. We encourage you to refer to the colors of coats of arms, city emblems, villages, regions, or their logos.
