Leg Pull-Up

Device Functions: Strengthens the lower abdominal muscles and arm muscles
Instructions:
Leg Pull-Up: Place your arms on the parallel bars with bent elbows, facing away from the device. Pull your legs, either straight or bent at the knees, towards your abdomen. Hold for a moment and then lower them. Repeat the exercise.
Parallel Bar Dips: Place your hands on the parallel bars with your body supported by straightened arms, either facing away from or towards the device. Lower and lift your body by bending your arms at the elbows.
Ladder with Bar

Device Functions: Strengthens the muscles of the arms, shoulders, legs, and abdomen
Instructions:
Pull-ups on the bar: Grab the bar with both hands. Pull your body up to lift your chin above the bar. Slowly lower yourself down. Repeat the exercise.
Leg raises: Stand with your back to the device, grab the bar with both hands. Bring your straight or bent legs towards your abdomen. Hold for a moment, then lower them. Repeat the exercise.
