Leg Pull

Ladder with Bar

Instructions:
Pull-ups on the bar: Grab the bar with both hands. Pull your body up to lift your chin above the bar. Slowly lower yourself down. Repeat the exercise.
Leg raises: Stand with your back to the device, grab the bar with both hands. Bring your straight or bent legs towards your abdomen. Hold for a moment, then lower them. Repeat the exercise.
