Leg Press
Device Category: Muscle Building

Instructions: Sit comfortably on the seat, place both feet on the footrests. Straighten your legs, pushing away from the device (do not fully extend your legs at the knees). Hold for a moment, then return to the starting position. Repeat the exercise.
