Leg Press

Device Functions: Activates hip joints, strengthens abdominal muscles, improves coordination.
Instructions: Sit comfortably on the seat, place both feet on the platforms. Extend your legs, pushing away from the device (do not fully extend your legs at the knees). Hold for a moment, then return to the starting position. Repeat the exercise.
Rowing Machine
Device Category: Muscle Building
Device Functions: Strengthens leg, arm, and upper back muscles.
Instructions: Sit comfortably on the seat, place both feet on the platforms. Grip the handles, pull them toward you while simultaneously extending your legs. Return to the starting position and repeat the exercise.
