Leg Raise
Device Category: Muscle Building
Device Functions: Strengthens the lower abdominal muscles and arm muscles
Instructions:
Leg raises: Bend your elbows and rest your back against the device. Bring your straight or bent legs towards your abdomen. Hold for a moment, then lower them. Repeat the exercise.
Parallel Bar Push-ups: Rest your weight on the parallel bars with straightened arms, facing towards or away from the device. Lower and raise your body by bending your arms at the elbows.

Instructions:
Pull-ups on the bar: Grab the bar with both hands. Pull your body up to lift your chin above the bar. Slowly lower yourself down. Repeat the exercise.
Leg raises: Stand with your back to the device, grab the bar with both hands. Bring your straight or bent legs towards your abdomen. Hold for a moment, then lower them. Repeat the exercise.
