Parallel Bars
Device Category: Muscle building
Device Functions: Strengthens the lower abdominal muscles and arm muscles.
Instructions:
Leg Raises: Place your hands on the bars with your elbows bent, leaning back against the device. Lift your legs, either straight or bent at the knees, toward your abdomen, hold for a moment, and then lower them. Repeat the exercise.
Dips: Hold onto the bars (supporting your body weight on straightened arms), facing either away from or toward the device. Lower and raise your body by bending your arms at the elbows.
