Seated Chest Press

Instructions: Sit comfortably on the seat. Hold both handles with your hands (in horizontal or vertical position) and push them away from your body. Hold for a moment, then return to the starting position. Repeat the exercise.
Bar Ladder

Device Functions: Strengthens the muscles of the arms, shoulders, legs, and abdomen
Instructions:
Pull-ups on the bar: Grab the bar with both hands. Pull your body up to lift your chin above the bar. Slowly lower yourself down. Repeat the exercise.
Leg raises: Stand with your back to the device, grab the bar with both hands. Bring your straight or bent legs towards your abdomen. Hold for a moment, then lower them. Repeat the exercise.

Instructions: Sit comfortably on the seat, place both feet on the footrests. Extend your legs by pushing against the device (do not fully extend your legs at the knees). Hold for a moment, then return to the starting position. Repeat the exercise.
