Device Category: Improving motor coordination, stretching

Device Functions: Activates hip joints, strengthens abdominal muscles, improves motor coordination.

Instructions: Stand on the rotating platform. Hold onto the handles with both hands. While holding onto the handles, rotate the lower part of your body alternately to the left and right. Try to keep the upper part of your body stable during the exercise.
