Upper Pull

Device Functions: Activates the hip joints, strengthens the abdominal muscles, improves motor coordination.
Instructions: Sit comfortably on the seat (facing or back to the device). Hold the bar with both hands and pull it towards you. Hold for a moment, then return to the starting position. Repeat the exercise.
Leg Press

Device Functions: Activates the hip joints, strengthens the abdominal muscles, improves motor coordination.
Instructions: Sit comfortably on the seat, place both feet on the footrests. Extend your legs, pushing against the device (do not fully extend your legs at the knees). Hold for a moment, then return to the starting position. Repeat the exercise.
